1) First, please browse the knowledgebase. We try to keep it up to date with answers to the most frequently asked questions. Since our apps and website are free for 90%+ of cooks, you can help us continue to do so by looking to see if you've got a common question before contacting us.
2) Next, be sure to stay update-to-date by "Liking" us on Facebook, subscribing to our blog, or following us on Twitter (@bigoven for general announcements; we use @bigovenstatus for any system downtime lasting longer than a few minutes.) We post tips, tutorial videos and news articles to Facebook and Twitter, and to the BigOven Blog.
3) Contact us if you're stuck! Don't hesitate to contact us if you've searched for resolution to your problem and still are stuck. \We use a third-party platform for product support tickets, and the accounts are not yet integrated, be sure to enter the same email address you use for your BigOven.com account so we can match the ticket to your personal account.
